摘要
本文选择深圳城市中心区作为研究个案,首先回顾了中心区空间形态演进过程,将其划分为罗湖中心区时期、蔡屋围金融区时期、工业区与仓储区转型时期以及福田中心区时期四个阶段;进而将推动中心区发展的主要因素概括为有效的市场需求、弹性的空间结构和深港通道三个方面,最后根据城市发展的最新动向预测其未来的发展趋势。
Shenzhen urban central district being the studied case.this paper firstly.retrospected the evolving process of central district space configuration.dividing it into four pbases;Luchu central district time,Caiwuwei financial district time,industrial district transiting to storage district time, and Futian central district time,Then the main factors promoting the development of central district were summarized as effective market demand,flexible space structure,and Shenzhen-Hongkong passage,Finally,this paper forecasied its funure development direction according to the latest urban development trend.
