摘要
上世纪70年代以来,随着微电子技术的发展,以开发高科技及建立高科技产业园区为方向的潮流,在全球迅速发展起来。本文对国内几个典型高新技术开发区的发展及所遇到的问题进行了初步的探讨,以无锡新区商贸中心区规划设计为例,试图解决在高新技术开发区基本成型后如何完善其职能的问题。
Since last seventies,together with the development of miero-electronics technology,the trend of establishing High Technology District develops all over the world.This paper focuses on problems which happened in the establishing process of High Technology District.Based on the case of Central Business District planning in Wuxi,this paper tries to solve the problem of how to consummate the function of High Technology District.
