摘要
本文以美国北岸购物中心为例,指出郊区购物中心具有交通组织便捷、功能构成完善、依靠核心店铺、多为捆绑销售等设计特点,以期为我国郊区购物中心的建设发展提供参考。
Taking the American North Shore shopping Mall as an example, this paper points out that suburban shopping mall has fellowing design characters: convenient transportation, consummate function structure, depending on core shops and most binding sales, and tries to provide some reference for domestic suburban shopping Mall development.
