本文结合东北财经大学新建图书馆方案创作,探讨了如何将特殊环境对建筑设计的制约转化为方案创新关键点的设计理念及具体的创作手法。

Integratin the planning of the newly library building of Dongbei Univertiy of Finance and Econrnics,this paper discusses the designing concept of how the limitation of special surroundings on architcctural designs can be transformed into key points in innovation of planning and proposes some concrete inventing techniques.
