This paper introduces the design features of the lecture building at the Fine Arts School of Tsinghua University and expounds on how to realize the design approach featuring an ＂Art Community＂ both internally and exteranlly form the aspects of design principles,design concepts,overall conception,lighting environment and material techniques.
