摘要
利用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法对中国药典５种淫羊藿的根茎及根、茎、叶等部位的９种黄酮类成分的含量进行了分析。结果表明９种成分的总含量基本是根茎及根＞叶＞茎，从主要成分的构成和相对含量来看，叶与茎相似，而地下部分却极不相同，这一差异可能会体现在药效上，值得重视。
BymeansofRP-HPLC,ninemajorflavonoidsindiferentpartsoffiveEpimediumplantsincorpo-ratedintheChinesePharmacopoeia(1990edn.)wereanalyzed.Theresultshowsthatthetotalcontentsofnineflavonoidsinfourspecieswererhizomeandroots>leaves>stems.Nevertheles,intermsofcompositionofthemainconstituentsandrelativecontentsofthefivespecies,theleavesaresimilartothestemsbutdiferentfromtherhizomeandroots.Thediferencemaybereflectedintheirpharmaceuticalefectsandthusdeservesatention.
