摘要
采用BIO-RADHi-PoreRP318柱,以80%甲醇-水(梯度设置)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,首次从传统昆虫类中药樗鸡(学名斑衣蜡蝉)中分离并制备了4种生物碱。经化学和光谱鉴定,确定了其中2种吲哚类生物碱β-yohimbine和ajmalicine。
