摘要
采用LPLC法分析了芫花酯甲模似醋制及其水解前后的变化。结果表明:芫花酯甲模拟醋制后其含量降低近22%。而且产生了一个芫花酯甲的水解物,该化合物紫外最大吸收λ_(max)264nm。其结构尚待进一步鉴定。
in this paper, the variation of yuanhuacine samples after vinegar-proressing and hydrolysis has beenanalyzed by HPLC.The result has shown that the content of yuanhuacine decreases hearly 22% after mimic vinegar-prcoessing. Also this procedure has brought a new compound-hydrolytic preduct of yuanhuacine, whose UV λ_(max) is264nm.The research work is to be continued.
