正交试验法综合优选高压蒸制藤黄炮制工艺

以抗炎、杀菌、抗肿瘤和藤黄酸含量为指标．采用正交试验法，综合优选了藤黄高压蒸制工艺。结果表明，以１２６℃蒸制０．５ｈ为最佳工艺。

The technology for processing steamed Garcinia hunburyi with high pressure was synthetically selectedby using orthogonal experiment design,based on the indexes of anti-inflammatory. bacteriocidal, anti-tumour effectsand gambagic acid content. The result shows that the best way is to steam for 0. 5 h at 126 ℃.
