摘要
在技术转移过程中,由于信息不对称导致逆向选择问题出现,影响了科研机构技术转移和扩散的效率。通过一个不完全信息动态博弈模型,分析了科研机构技术转移合作创新的均衡产生条件及与相关参数之间的关系,提出了减少逆向选择问题负面影响的可行措施。
The presence of contrary selection due to asymmetry of information affects the efficiency of transfer and diffusion of technology of science research institutes in the process of technology transfer. This essay analyzes the relation between preconditions for equilibrium of cooperative innovation of technology transfer of science research institutes and relative parameters by a model of dynamic games of incomplete information, and proposes several practical measures to reduce the negative affects of contrary selection.
