摘要
虚拟企业是适应市场需求多元化的动态策略联盟,是信息充分条件下的合作博弈。因此虚拟企业合作机制的设计和实施尤显重要,财权配置即是其中的主要环节。依据合作博弈的思想,构建了由核心企业主导制定战略并协调成员财务关系的高度分权的虚拟企业财权配置结构。
Virtual enterprise is the dynamic firms＇ alliance to adapt the market competition. As a kind of cooperative gaming under sufficient market information, it is important to design and implement the cooperative mechanism in virtual enterprise. The financial power allocation is the main point in this course. Based on the thought of cooperative gaming, the article discusses the high division of financial power model, in which the core corporation, as a leader, devises strategy and coordinates financial relationship between members of virtual enterprise.
