The investment in real estate development is huge. Real estate has great impact to related industries and is related to the living environment and living quality of the people all over the country. Therefore, every country in the world has paid much attention on it. The stable development of the international economy promoted the development of real estate in every country. This article analyzed the real estate market in Japan, the U.S., Russia and Singapore. It then studied these governments＇ policies of regulating the market when the land price is too high. It provided some suggestions on how to operate according to the market regulation in order to promote the healthy and continuous development of real estate in our country.
