研究和比较了用于汽车过滤介质的三种纤维材料。它们是生产滤纸用的化学品级浆粕,新开发的化学热机械浆粕CP065,木材产率非常低和α纤维素含量高的碱化硫酸盐浆粕。研究结果表明最近研制的高收率浆粕如CP065使过滤介质具有非常高的孔隙率。这可以是过滤器生产商优化性价比的一条途径。
Three fiber materials used for filter media in automotive industry are investigated and compared. They are a chemical grade pulp for filter paper production, the new Chemi Thermo Mechanical Pulp CP 065 and a mercerized sulfate pulp with a very low wood yield and high content of alpha-cellulose. The study shows that the newly developed high.yield pulps like CP 065 contributes to the filter media with a very high porosity. It can be a tool for the filter producers to optimize the cost/performance ratio.
