门脉高压性胃病患者血清胃泌素、生长抑素、胰高糖素的变化

The study of gastrin, glucogan and somctostatin in portal hypertension gastropathy patients.

探讨肝硬化失代偿期患者多种胃肠激素的变化与门脉高压性胃病发生的关系。采用放射免疫法测定血清胃泌素、胰高糖素、生长抑素的水平。血清胃泌素较正常对照组明显增高,胰高糖素、生长抑素较正常对照组明显降低且随肝功能的变化而增减。肝硬化时各种胃肠激素的失平衡是产生门脉高压性胃病的重要因素,将为预防肝硬化非食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血提供重要的理论依据。

To investigate the relationship between the changes in various gastro- intestinal endocrines and the development of portal hypertension gastropathy（PHG） in decompensated cirrostic patients. The serous levels of gastrin, glucogan and somctostatin were detected by radioimmunosive assay. The serous gastrin level was significantly higer in patients with PHG than in normal controls, while the serous levels of glucogan and somctostatin were significantly lower in patients with PHG than in normal controls, and all the variation was consistent with the severify of the hepatic function abnormality. The imbalance of various gastrointestinal endocrines plays an important role in the development of portal hypertensional gastropathy in cirrhostic patients, which provides an important theory to prevent upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage from non - variceal reasons.
