Under the new historical condition, the scientific development view must be the guide to enhance the construction of the Party＇s progressiveness and innovativeness, of the college management＇s thought, organization, style and the regulations, to reinforce the Party organization＇s ability to control the college＇s reform development unceasingly and to provide an organizational guarantee for building our college into a feature-bright , democratic and harmonious medical and pharmaceutical university by means of being in power scientifically, democratically, legally and raising the level of running a school.
