我国液化天然气汽车研究现状

RESEARCH SITUATION OF CHINESE LNG VEHICLES

随着我国天然气汽车工业的不断发展和液化天然气(LNG)本身所具有的优良特性,LNG汽车正在成为研究热点。为此,介绍了LNG汽车的发动机、燃料系统主要组成部分的功能和原理,回顾了我国LNG汽车发展历史、应用现状,并对LNG、CNG及汽油3种车用燃料进行了比较,从而可以看出LNG汽车比CNG汽车和汽油汽车更加清洁、安全和经济。同时指出了现阶段研究中存在的主要问题:发动机功率下降、LNG自气化和LNG汽车改装成本较高等。最后建议:国家要制定相关政策和法规推进我国LNG汽车发展,并加快制定有关标准和规范推进LNG汽车生产实现统一化和规模化等。

Research works on LNG vehicles (LNG-V) have been highlighted in China, as a result of Chinese continuous development on LNG-V industry and the superior property of LNG. Thus, the function and theory of LNG-V engine and main parts of its fuel system have been introduced. Meanwhile, industrial history and application situation of Chinese LNG-V have been reviewed. Furthermore, a comparison was drawn between each other among LNG, CNG, and gasoline, which showed that LNG-V is much cleaner, securer and more economical than both CNG and gasoline vehicles. Some problems have also been pointed out, like reduction of engine power, LNG automatic gasification and high retrofitting costs of LNG-V, etc. Some suggestions were proposed on establishing national policies and legislations to promote Chinese LNG-V industry and accelerating the establishment of industrial standards and criterions to uniform and standardize LNG-V manufacture industry.
