摘要
分析了沥青混合料摊铺机螺旋叶片的磨损机理和应用现状,通过大量试验和研究,提出了用Cr28合金制作螺旋叶片。事实表明Cr28合金抗磨性能良好,能使沥青混合料摊铺机螺旋叶片的耐磨性提高五六倍以上,具有明显的经济效益。
The wear mechanism of the vane of screw for asphalt mixing paver is analyzed,the new idea of producing the vane of screw with Cr28 alloy is presented with many of tests. It is proved that the Cr28 alloy can not only increase wear resistence 5-6 times than former, but also give much more profits in economy.
