摘要
配料控制器是自动配料控制系统的核心设备。选用高性能单片机ADμC845设计了一款新型配料控制器,采用迭代学习控制算法控制飞料补偿,提高了配料精度,同时详细介绍了硬件构成和软件设计方法。样机调试表明该控制器控制精度高,运行效果良好。
Batching-controllers are primary instrument of automatic batch system. This paper adopts high performance microcomputer ADμC845 to develop a new batching-eontroller. Iterative learning control arithmetic is used to control drop and increase batch precision. Hardware construction and software design method are analyzed in detail. The test results indicate that the controller has high precision and runs well.
