摘要
从20世纪80年代至今,我国的招投标制度已经走过了20多个年头,目前招标投标已经成为建筑市场的主要交易方式。但是由于当前招标投标制度尚不完善,仍存在招标投标活动透明度不够、招标代理机构行为不规范、行政监管效率低下、信用体系的建设缺乏法律支撑等问题。本文就上述问题从法律层面进行分析和探讨,并提出相应的法律对策。
Chinese tender system has worked for 20 years since 1980＇s, which has been the main way of deal in the market of architecture. However, this system is not perfected which has lots of problems such as the transparency, norms of the agent, efficiency of the administrative supervision and the legal support of the credit-system. This article probes into these problems mentioned above from the legal point of view and puts forward the relevant legal responses.
