我国铁路建设需要大量的资金投入,面对建设融资困难的现实,提出将资产证券化用于铁路建设项目的融资实践的设想。在进行优势分析和可行性分析的基础上,对铁路建设项目应用资产证券化进行融资的具体操作过程进行了详细的设计和阐述,指出资产证券化是我国铁路建设进行融资实践的一条新途径。

The railway construction requires substantial capital investment. Facing the reality of construction financing difficulties, this paper proposes the assumption of applying asset-backed securities （ABS） to financing practice for railway construction projects. Based on the analysis of the advantages and feasibility it designs the specific process for the application, finally concludes that assetbacked securities （ABS） is a new way for financing practice in the railway construction.
