摘要
介绍了基于RP(快速原型)技术的金属电弧喷涂模具制造工艺流程;分析了金属电弧喷涂快速模具制造误差产生的来源;通过实例说明在模具制造的三个过程(即树脂原型、石膏型和电弧喷涂模具)中,以石膏型制造过程中产生误差的可控因素较多,例如不同水固比、不同烘干温度和添加不同填料后石膏固化时会产生不同的膨胀/收缩率。通过选用合适的工艺参数,可以降低模具制造综合误差。
This article introduces mould-manufacturing process by means ot metal-electric-arc based on the technique of rapid prototyping, analyses the sources of manufacturing-errors of fast-making metal electric arc spraying mould, illustrates the three processes in producing errors in mould making:that is, in resin prototype, gypsum type and electric arc spraying moulds, there are relatively more controllable elements in gypsum type making, in the condition of different ratios water to solid, different drying temperatures and adding different filling materials, the solidification of gypsum will produce different radios of expansion and contraction; by adjusting technical parameters, effective compensating effect can be made in the comprehensive errors in mould manufacturing, comprehensive errors of mould building can be reduced.
