This paper first is to introduce the conception of learning environment on web course and its design. Here we take fluid drive as an example, tell how, to define the learning field, analyze the characteristic of learning object, design the teaching strategies and study resources, probe into the teaching strategies and the design method of teaching mode so as to create a web-based learning environment propitious for long-distance open education, and deeply welcomed by the students.
