摘要
介绍了南京四开SKY2001系统的NC程序与PLC相配合能方便地控制刀库动作、轴移动和主轴松夹等动作,从而实现斗笠式刀库的换刀过程的完整控制。
The paper introduces the NC program of Nanjing SKY2001. The program, cooperated with the PLC （programmable logical controller）, can easily control the knives＇ storeroom action, axis＇ shift and principal axis＇ loosening and clamping. Thus realizing the full control of exchanging knives.
