摘要
论述了汽车纵梁模具多品种、批量生产的CAPP技术方法;提出了根据产品图号及冲压流程来抽取纵梁特征信息———几何和形状信息的方法;实现了在下料、冲孔模及弯曲模设计中的数据共享,提高了生产效率,满足了工艺需求。
This article introduces CAPP design method of designing and manufacture of auto girder die ot, many kinds for batch production. It was brought forward to draw out the character information of geometry and shape according to graphic number of product and technological process date. The date sharing in drop material and die designing was realized. Thus the production efficiency was enhanced.
