摘要
PLC拥有大量的软件资源,如果能充分利用这些软件资源进行故障的检测和诊断,将会在不增加设备成本的条件下,使系统拥有自诊断功能。本文通过一个实例介绍了利用PLC进行故障检测和诊断的方法。
PLC possesses a great number of software resources. PLC will have the functions to take self-diagnose without increasing the cost if it makes full use of the resources to take inspection and diagnose to breakdown. The article tries to introduce a method through a concrete example to take breakdown inspection and diagnosis by the use of PLC.
