摘要
本文简单地介绍了花椒所含成分的作用,主要叙述了蒸馏法、萃取法、蒸馏-萃取联用等提取方法,及其提取花椒香气成分的研究应用进展,并提出花椒产业中存在的一些问题和看法。
This article introduced the functions of the elements of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim. It mostly recounted distilling method, extracting method, the compound method of distilling and extracting to separate its fragrant elements, in the end, the research and application development on extracting the fragrant elements were expounded, and some problems and attitudes in Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim industry were adverted.
