摘要
介绍了电厂球磨机料位测量的运用现状,指出了现有球磨机料位测量方法存在的问题,提出了一种以轴承振动能量法为基础,基于DSP的电厂球磨机料位实时监测系统的实现方法,具体阐述了系统原理结构,硬件设计和软件结构。
This paper introduces the present situation of the ball mill level measurement technology.The implementation method of real-time ball mill level measurement system based on DSP is presented.And the design principle,hardware design and software structure are introduced in detail.
