iFIX的调度模块在自动化立体仓库中的应用

Application of iFIX's Schedule in the SCADA System of AS/RS

介绍了一个采用iFIX组态软件实现监控功能的自动化立体仓库监控系统。该系统以iFIX组态软件为平台开发了上位机监控系统,通过OPC接口和串口服务器实现了监控主机与底层硬件的通信。为了有效地减少由监控画面切换而引起的对从硬件设备的连接断开操作,监控主机利用iFIX工作台(WorkSpace)提供的调度(Schedule)模块实现对底层从硬件设备的控制。经过实际生产证明,这种控制方式显著的改善了控制效果,使系统更加稳定。

This paper introduces a SCADA system of AS/RS. The system is developed based on iFIX.Master computer iFIX communicates with hardware by OPC interfaces and serial-port server.The system used ＂Schedule＂ provided by iFIX to control the slave device.So,it effectively reduced the connection/disconnection operation to slave device caused by the switching of SCADA system pictures.The Application shows that the effect of control is improved greatly,and that it can make the system more reliable.
