摘要
目的采用一种新的方法来测量牙科陶瓷材料的弹性模量。方法制作VITA-MarkⅡ可切削牙科陶瓷材料试件5个,采用数字图像相关法(DIC)测量其弹性模量。结果测量结果与产品说明书中的标准值是一致的(P>0.05)。结论采用数字信号处理技术可以自动测定出牙科陶瓷材料弹性模量,具有局部人工智能作用,且测量值可靠,值得推广。
Objective To measure the elastic modulus of dental ceramics using a new method. Methods Five specimens of dental machinable ceramics were made to measure the elastic modulus with DIC. Results The measurements show no statistical difference with standard values(P〉0.05). Conclusion The new approach has the effects of artificial intelligence and reliability, and DIC should serve as a valuable tool for the measurement of the elastic modulus of dental ceramics.
