烤瓷合金应用金瓷黏结剂后的腐蚀性研究

摘要 目的研究应用一种新型的金瓷黏结剂后,烤瓷合金在人工环境下的腐蚀行为。方法动电位极化扫描对比国产镍铬合金、进口VeryBond镍铬合金、钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V,TC4)、涂有新型金瓷黏结剂的国产镍铬合金的耐腐蚀性,腐蚀后对合金样品进行扫描电镜观察及EDX能谱分析。结果进口VeryBond镍铬合金及国产镍铬合金的耐腐蚀性无明显差异,钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V,TC4)耐腐蚀性优于镍铬合金,新型的金瓷黏结剂涂层国产镍铬合金的耐腐蚀性最佳。结论应用新型的金瓷黏结剂涂层国产镍铬合金后提高了镍铬合金的耐腐蚀性,减少了镍元素的析出。 Objective Applying a new kind of luting agent on PFM alloy to prevent or limit the nickel leakage under artificial condition. Method Using potentiodynamie polarization technique to contrast the corrosion behavior of domestic Ni-Cr alloy, imported Ni-Cr alloy, Ti alloy, metal-porcelain luting agent on Ni-Cr alloy. Mailing an EMS and EDX analysis of the decaying sample. Result Corrosion ability of imported and domestic Ni-Cr has no obvious difference ( P〉 0.05), Ti bears decaying better than Ni-Cr alloy set(P〈0.01), the luting agent alloy is better than Ti and Ni-Cr alloy set. (P〈0.01). Conclusion Ni has become the cause of the black line and allergy. Applying the luting agent on NiCr alloy can increase corrosion bearing.
