太极拳运动增强高年级女大学生体液免疫应答实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 从南华大学护理学院2001级随机抽取40名女生,随机分成对照组、实验1、2、3组。实验组每周分别进行1、2、3次简化太极拳训练,测定训练前后血清中IgG、IgM、IgA含量。结果显示每周参加3次简化太极拳训练者,血清IgG含量比对照组及每周锻炼1或2次者高,且在第10周与第12周差异有显著性(P<0.05),说明坚持运动量适中的简化太极拳有氧运动,能提高高年级女大学生机体合成IgG,增强体液免疫应答,提高免疫力。 Forties female students, who were selected from the senior students in Nursing School of Nanhua University, were divided randomly into control group, test groupl, test group2 and test group3. The test groups played Taijiquan exercise once, twice or more times every week respectively. IgG, IgM, IgA quantities in sera of every student were detected before and after the exercise. The IgG quantity of students in contrast group and in test groups taking once or twice Taijiquan exercise every week was higher and showed obvious differences in the tenth and the twelfth week(P〈 0.05). It was revealed that moderated Taijiquan exercise could improve the students's IgG and strengthen their humoral immune response.
