摘要
对部分短道速滑运动员不同训练负荷进行生化监测表明:200m快屈走+20复步滑跳+300m跑×4p(要求:80%~90%强度,2min30S完成,HR180左右,休息6min)为中等强度;300m快屈走+20复步滑跳+300m跑×8p(要求:80%~90%强度,2min 20s完成,HR190左右,休息4min)属大强度。
Different training loads before competition of outstanding junior athletes of Short Track Speed Skating in China were inspected, the result showed that 200m fast bend-walking and 20 plus-step jumping and 300 running× 4 were middle exercise trainings which should be used as daily skill training. And 300m fast bend-walking and 20 plus-step jumping and 300 running× 8 were heavy exercise training.
