对湖北省群众体育俱乐部运作模式的探究

Operation mode of mass sports clubs in Hubei province

对湖北省部分城市各类体育人口进行问卷调查,对湖北省群众体育俱乐部的现状、管理体制、经费来源、法制建设等情况进行了统计与研究。结果显示,在公益性群众体育俱乐部中,体育社会管理系统在指导群众体育俱乐部运作方面发挥着重要作用,同时,仍需规范经营管理、挖掘体育经济功能、健全体育法制建设。

People of various social status in some cities in Hubei province were researched through questionnaires. The current situation, management system, financial resource and legal system construction of mass sports clubs in Hubei province were analyzed. It showed that,in the non-benefit mass sports clubs,sports social management system played a big part in directing the clubs＇ operation. However,it was necessary to regulate the financial management, develop the sports economic functions and perfect the legal system.
