大学生体育欣赏能力培养的实践研究

Research on college students' ability of appreciating sports

通过武汉理工大学《体育欣赏》公选课的教学实验,认为《体育欣赏》课的授课内容主要包括平面欣赏、立体欣赏、动态欣赏三个部分,但是在实际教学中内容应具有广泛性、时代性、民族性、社会性,其教学内容不断调整;其欣赏的侧重点为运动员比赛作风、道德品质、精神风貌、技术、战术发挥等方面;在教学中应充分调动学生的积极性,教师讲授与学生讨论相结合,同时提高教师的自身素质和文化水平。

Teaching experiment of optional course Appreciation of Sports was carried out in Wuhan University of Technology. The main contents of Appreciation of Sports included graphic appreciation, dimensional appreciation, dynamic appreciation. Emphasis were given to the appreciation of the athletes＇ style of playing, spirit, skill and strategy. In class, the students＇ initiative should be encouraged; the teachers＇ teaching and students＇ discussion should be combined.
