学分制教务管理工作思考

Reflection on educational administration of the credit system

学分制的实施有利于人才的培养,却给高校教务工作带来了新的挑战,主要表现在学分制教学活动的组织,学分制对教务管理干部的素质要求等方面。本文拟结合我校当前学分制教务管理工作的实际进行一些必要的探讨。

The implementation of the credit system is helpful in training talents but brings new challenge to the college educational administration which is mainly manifested in the organization of the teaching activities and demands upon the administration staff. This paper mainly studies the implementation of the credit system in the light of the current situation of educational administration of our college.
