钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨输尿管镜下钬激光(Ho:YAG激光)内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄的方法及疗效。方法 2004-05-2005-10,采用经输尿管镜钬激光内切开治疗45例输尿管狭窄,术中留置双J管,术后2、3个月拔除双J管,拔管后4、12周、6个月进行超声、排泄性尿路造影检查。结果 术后45例共随访了40例,随访率88.9%,随访3-24个月;35例治愈(治愈率87.5%),3例治疗好转,2例无效。结论 输尿管镜下钬激光内切开加留置双J管治疗输尿管狭窄,具有创伤小、疗效好、视野清、并发症少。 Objective To discuss the method and curative effect of ureterostenosis with incision of Ho: YAG laser under ureteroscope. Methods 50 of 45 cases ureterostenosis were underwent incision with Ho: YAG laser from May 2004 to October 2005 and retained Double J tube for 2- 3 months. The ultrasound and excretion urography after 4, 12 and 26 week extubafion. Results The follow- up rate was 88.9% (40/45) in 3-24 months. Thecurative rate was 87.5% with3 cases better and 2 cases noefl'eet. Conchusion This methed might have less injury, good curative effect, clear vision and less complication.
