BCL-2/BAX P^(53) C-MYC在肾盂、输尿管肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 BCL-2/BAX P53、CMYC等基因为原癌基因,本文就上述基因分子生物学特性及作用机制,对细胞周期的影响、该类基因缺陷与肿瘤的关系及在肾盂、输尿管肿瘤的表达和意义加以概述。
