2型糖尿病性脑梗死98例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Cerebral Infarction of Diabetes II

目的通过糖尿病性脑梗死与非糖尿病性脑梗死患者(对照组)在头颅CT及疗效方面对比,探讨两者的区别。方法选取114例非糖尿病性脑梗死作为对照组,98例糖尿病性脑梗死为治疗组,两组均给予头部CT检查、常规治疗措施,包括降血糖基础治疗、溶栓、降纤、血管扩张药、营养神经、脑细胞活化剂及对症处理。结果糖尿病性脑梗死组多发性脑梗死多于对照组,治疗效果比对照组差。结论糖尿病性脑梗死组的治疗效果差,严格控制血糖对糖尿病性脑梗死患者的疗效有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the differences between cerebral infarction with diabetes Ⅱ and without diabetes on CT and curative effects. Methods 114 cases of cerebral infarction patient without diabetes were taken as control group and 98 cases of cerebral infarction patient with diabetes Ⅱ were taken as observing group. The CT detection and treatments in both groups were almost same with routine therapy. Results The infarction in observing group was more than that in control group and the curative effect was worse than that in control group. Conchusion The curative effect of cerebral infarction of diabetes might be worse and control glucose level strictly might be significant for treatment.
