摘要
目的探讨交通事故腹部伤的特点及诊治。方法回顾性分析89例交通事故腹部伤的临床资料。结果89例均为闭合伤,手术治疗77例(86.5%),非手术治疗12例(13.5%),治愈86例,死亡3例。结论对交通事故腹部伤的诊断及治疗应争分夺秒,灵活采用各种检查方法,迅速判断病情,及时做出是否剖腹探查,是救治成功的关键。
Objective To investigete the characteristics and treatment of abodominal injury by waffle accident. Methods Clinical date of 89 cases of abodominal injuries by traffic accident were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the 89 cases were closed wounds including 77 cases with operation （86.5 % ）. And 12 cases without operation （ 13.5 % ）. 86 cases were cured and 3 cases dead. Conclusion Time is very important in treatment of traffic accident. Using freely vafial physical examination and iudging timely if it is necessary to carry out laparotomy is the key to successful treatment of abodominal injury.
