摘要
目的二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的生殖内分泌变化。方法选择诊断PCOS患者30例作为研究对象,口服二甲双胍1 500 mg/d,3个月。观察服用二甲双胍后患者的临床特征,性腺激素变化。结果患者经二甲双胍治疗后,血中睾酮,LH/FSH比值,体重指数,腰臀比值均明显下降。结论二甲双胍可显著改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的高雄激素血症,降低LH/FSH水平。
Objective To discuss the reproduction endocrine changes on treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） with dimethylbiguanide. Methods 30 cases of PCOS patient were observed with treatment of dimethylbiguanide 500 mg/d for 3 months. The clinical characteristics and sex hormone changes were observed. Results The Ts, IB/FSH, body weight index and waist/hip were decreased after therapy obviously. Conclusion The dimethylbiguanide might improve the high Ts level and decrease LH/FSH level.
