论国民政府的侨教立案制度

On the Kuomindang Government's Register System of Overseas Chinese Education

为了增强侨胞在海外的生存能力,国民政府制定并实施了侨教立案制度,力图将华侨教育纳入国民政府整个教育体系当中。由于经费不足、管理分散等种种因素,侨校立案制度并未达到预期的效果,但对于培养广大侨胞的民族意识和对政府的认同感,以及对改进侨教仍有一定的积极意义。

In order to improve the overseas Chinese education and to strengthen their overseas viability, Kuomindang Government instituted the register system of overseas Chinese education, tried to bring the overseas Chinese education into the whole education system of Kuomindang Government. For the insufficient outlay, the separate administer and others, the system didn＇ t achieve the expected effects. But it still played a positive role in cultivating the overseas Chinese nationality consciousnegro, strengthening their identification with the government, and improving their education.
