On the Law of Growth of Creative Talents: Inspirations of Survey on the Authors of National Excellent Doctorial Dissertation

通过对全国优秀博士学位论文作者授位前后的工作背景的调查和对优秀博士学位论文作者成长要素统计分析发现,高层次创新性人才成长存在以下一些规律:自身的素质与能力及其努力程度是成长的关键,导师的学术水平和治学态度是促进人才成长的保证,重大科研课题是高层次人才成长的最佳载体,自由的学术环境与优良的学术氛围是必不可少的条件;另外,还应加强学术交流和发扬团队合作精神。

This paper conducted a survey on the working experiences of the authors of national excellent doctorial dissertation before and after they were granted PhD degrees. Their growth factor analysis indicates that there exist some laws of growth of creative talents： personal competence, ability and diligence function as the key factor; their supervisors＇ academic level and attitudes guarantee their development; national key research projects serve as the best platform for personal attainment; free and good academic environment is the necessary condition; and in addition, academic exchange and teamwork spirit should be strengthened.
