摘要 他汀类药物对心血管疾病具有多重保护作用，包括修复受损血管、恢复血管内皮完整、减轻炎症反应、稳定斑块、扩张血管、抗氧化等，这些作用与降胆固醇作用相辅相成．他汀类药物在心血管疾病的治疗中起着越来越重要的作用． Statins have many pleiotropic protections on the cardiovascular diseases, including the repair of the damaged blood vessel, restoration of endothelial structure, alleviation of the inflammatory reaction, stabilization of plaque, dilation of blood vessels, and antioxidation etc. All these effects are as important as their cholesterol lowering effect. Statins plays more and more important role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
