摘要 推导了橡胶隔振器静刚度与结构参数、材料硬度的关系式,结合有限元分析技术,提出橡胶隔振器的系列化设计方法并给出应用实例。该设计方法用以指导如何有效地调整各设计参数,实现橡胶隔振器系列化产品的快速开发。 This paper deduces the correlation of static stiffness with structural parameters, and with material stiffness. By combining this relationship and the finite element analysis technology, the serialization design method of rubber vibration isolators has been proposed, and an application instance has been given. The design method can be applied to adjusting design parameters effectively and to achieving rapid development for serial products of rubber vibration isolators.
