Expression and Clinical Significance of PCNA,p53 Protein and hTERT in Cervical Lesion

目的:探讨PCNA、p53和hTERT在宫颈糜烂,宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)及宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化技术检测宫颈糜烂22例,宫颈上皮内瘤样变38例,宫颈癌20例中PCNA、p53和hTERT的表达。结果:PCNA、p53和hTERT在宫颈糜烂,宫颈上皮内瘤样变及宫颈癌中的表达有统计学差异。结论:PCNA、p53和hTERT与宫颈癌的发生发展相关,它们的异常表达为宫颈癌的诊断提供了一定的病理学依据。

Objective： To investigate the clinical significance and the expression of PCNA, P53 protein and hTERT in cervical lesion tissues. Method： Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of PCNA,p53 protein and hTERT in 22 cervical erosion tissues and 38 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） tissues and 20 cervical carcinoma tissues. Result： The expression of PCNA , p53 protein and hTERT showed an increasing tendency from 22 normal cervical tissues to 38 CIN tissues, then to 20 cervical carcinoma tissues. Conclusion： The expression of PCNA, p53 protein and hTERT plays an important role in the development and malignant changes of cervical carcinoma.
