摘要
作者在分析前人实验结果的基础上,研究了夹层Co/Cu/Co的磁畴结构,并对反铁磁相互作用振动周期作了估算;夹层铁磁耦合的磁畴结构依赖于夹层磁化易轴的梯度取向,当Co层的易轴在夹层梯度的法线上时,交换耦合振动周期近似为8.5.另外,作者采用一种特殊模型,为3层膜的描述提供了一种有效的方法,即:在膜厚度范围内提出一种可用到单体薄膜交换耦合的规范且简单的计算方法.同时,也说明了对两个交换耦合介质之间界面结构的边界条件.
In this paper, the authors have analyses to investigate the domain structure of Co/Cu/Co sandwiches via experiment of early scholars, and it is estimate that for the oscillation period of the antiferromagnetic interaction, Various domain structures were observed to depend on wedge gradient orientation relative to an easy magnetization axis. When the easy axis of the Co layers was normal to the wedge gradient, the exchange coupiing oscillation period was measured as approximately 8.5A. In addition, the authers resort to a specific modelto provide a valid method for a picture of trilayers. Namely, The purpose is to present a simple calculation which leads to a criterion that outlines the range of film thickness within which the simple rigid moment picture may be applied to the individual films. Also, we comment on the structure of the boundary condition at the interface between two exchange-coupled media.
