On the background of wild herbal resource becoming less and less,it is showed that with use of MAPGIS(6.5) and VB 6.0 as roof, establish the special Sichuan Province Herbal Geographic Information System.And it is also showed the particular structure of Sichuan Province Herbal Geographic Information System and how it works.And it is discussed the Sichuan herbal geographic information system how comes consummate.
