摘要
调查结果表明:锦州湾生态监控区海域共鉴定出浮游动物36种,包括桡足类、水母类、毛颚类、磷虾、糠虾和各种浮游幼体以及一些原生动物。其中,小拟哲水蚤、强额拟哲水蚤、双毛纺锤水蚤为优势种,合计占浮游动物总个体数的56%。浮游动物的种类数和总个体数水平分布格局都表现为湾外大于湾内,浮游动物数量与叶绿素a的含量变化基本一致,但相关不显著。浮游动物多样性指数平均值为2.232,说明该海域水质和生物群落较稳定、成熟。
The survey of the monitoring area was carried out in Jinzhou Bay from June to August in 2005. Thirty - six zooplankton species were identified, including copepod, medusa, chaetognotha, euphausiacea, mysidacea, planktonic shrimps and some protozoa. The dominant species in Jinzhou Bay are Paracalanus parvus, Paracalanus crassirostris, Acartia bifilosa, accounting for 56% of the total zooplankton biomass. The horizontal distributions of species numbers and total individuals of zooplankton in the investigated area showed a general increase from inside bay to the outside of the bay. The regression analysis indicates that the relationship between the zooplankton number and chlorophyll a level was not significant. The average diversity indices of zooplankton was 2.232, indicating that the water and biology community were steady.
