摘要
本文介绍了高速钢轧辊在热轧板带生产中的应用。从化学成分、力学性能、耐磨性、抗热裂性等方面分析了高速钢轧辊的良好应用前景。同时对高速钢轧辊在使用中存在的问题进行了分析并提出初步的解决方法。
The article introduces the application of high speed steel roller in hot-rolled strip production, and analyses its excellent prospect from chemical composition, mechanic property, grinding resistance, hot-cracking resistance. The problems existing in the application have been analysed and the countermeasures have also been proposed.
