摘要
本文介绍了湘钢4#高炉的冶炼专家系统的构成、软硬件组态及其配置,对专家系统在炉温预测控制、高炉操作炉型管理两大部分的功能及其应用情况进行了概述。该系统可以监控和预测炉温和炉况,并能针对异常炉温和炉况进行报警和提出调控建议,减轻了工人的劳动强度,为高炉工艺提供了指导,同时提高了高炉寿命。
The constitution of the expert system in BF4# of Xianggang, its configuration of software ＆ hardware, the function and application in the furnace temperature prediction control and the furnace shape operation managemeat are introduced in this article. This system may monitor and predict the furnace temperature and can give an alarm and some adjusting suggestion against the unusual situation, thus easing the labouring intensity greatly, providing the guidance for BF process and prolonging its service life.
